Bikeman Performance | Polaris RZR Pro R Big Bore 2150cc
The Bikeman Big Bore Cylinder is a major upgrade, delivering substantial gains for naturally aspirated performance or serving as a strong foundation for adding a turbocharged setup.
If you’re looking to get the most out of your RZR Pro R, this BMP kit is built to deliver real horsepower gains. The stock setup leaves a lot of airflow untapped, so we start by upgrading to larger intake and exhaust valves, followed by CNC porting the cylinder head to our proven specifications. We then install high-performance camshafts with increased lift and an optimized profile to boost horsepower and torque across the entire powerband.
To support these upgrades, the kit also includes heavy-duty valve springs, seals, retainers, and a shim-under-bucket conversion. We complete the valve shimming for you, so the head arrives ready to bolt on. This kit is designed to run on 91 octane fuel, but a race fuel map can be included upon request.

- This kit requires your head to be sent to us for core charge OR You can purchase head outright for additional cost.
- Your ECU must be sent in for tuning.
- Place in the box with your Cylinder Head with valves installed. Package your Cylinder Head without the valve cover and leave your intake boots attached.
