Engineered by XTC Power Products, this self-canceling turn signal kit is designed to make your off-roading experience safer and more convenient, while integrating seamlessly with the XTC Street Legal Kit for on-road compliance.
Forget about leaving your turn signal on with our state-of-the-art Self-Canceling Turn Signal System. Similar to its predecessor, the TSS, the ATS is a simple plug-and-play installation for the Can-Am Defender. The compact, solid-state control box is efficient and streamlined, ensuring a clean installation.
The ATS Self-Canceling Turn Signal Kit features a marine-grade rocker switch with laser-cut directional arrows that flash vibrant green when activated. The turn blinker self-cancels after a short duration, perfect for quick lane changes. For longer left or right-hand turns, simply press and hold the switch. Manual cancellation is just as easy with a simple push of the actuator. This works in perfect harmony with the XTC Blinker Kit to provide reliable and visible signaling.
Safety is further enhanced with the included 'Hazard/Horn' rocker switch. Activate hazard lights with the top side of the actuator, and press again to deactivate. The lower portion activates the street-legal FIAMM horn from the XTC Street Legal Kit, ensuring compliance and safety for on-road use.
Installation is straightforward with the vehicle-specific harness that plugs directly into the rear factory taillight harness. The brake light signal passes through the ATS, allowing the opposing brake light to function normally while the activated turn signal brake light flashes. The kit also includes an auxiliary power out for optional license plate lights or whip lights, including support for the 6" LED Lit License Plate Frame.
