These front and rear brake kits are engineered with dynamically-mounted rotors and upgraded calipers to deliver stronger, more consistent braking performance for today’s higher-powered side-by-side machines.
The system features fixed-mount multi-piston calipers that provide increased clamping force, paired with larger diameter floating rotors that generate greater brake torque. This combination significantly improves braking capability, especially for machines equipped with larger tires, additional horsepower, or heavy-duty accessories.
Each kit includes forged aluminum four-piston calipers, which minimize caliper deflection and promote more even pad engagement across the rotor surface. This results in stronger braking performance and improved pedal feel. The high-friction steel rotors are designed up to 20% larger in diameter and thicker than stock, helping reduce rotor distortion while increasing durability under demanding conditions.
Wilwood’s dynamically mounted rotor design also helps manage thermal stress while preventing piston knockback that can occur when driving over rough terrain, rocks, or aggressive off-road obstacles.
