The lower door section is built around a rugged 1-inch tubular steel frame for maximum strength and durability. Each outer skin is precision CNC cut from 18-gauge steel, fully welded, and finished in a textured black powder coat for long-lasting protection and aggressive styling. These doors are built to handle hard trail use, ranch work, and harsh weather conditions.
The removable upper window section features a full perimeter frame wrapped in heavy-duty fabric and a tinted 20-gauge vinyl window. When temperatures rise, simply remove the upper section to convert to half doors for increased airflow while maintaining side protection.
Unlike many UTV doors on the market, ShockPros doors open and close like a true automotive-style door. The double steel pin front hinge system eliminates “suicide door” designs, providing a safer and more natural entry and exit experience. An adjustable, replaceable slam latch ensures a tight, secure closure every time. The two-finger flush paddle latch and interior pull linkage system make exiting easy—even in low-light conditions.
