RPM Can-Am X3 Blow Off Valve ( BOV ) Kit 2020-2026
This kit lets you add a high-quality blow-off valve (BOV) to your Can-Am X3 in about 20 minutes. Installation is simple: replace your primary charge tube with the included silicone tube, connect the boost/vacuum port, and attach the RPM BOV. The valve is mounted behind the driver’s compartment access panel, keeping it easy to reach and protected from mud and debris—unlike cheaper kits.
Unlike many low-quality BOVs on the market, the RPM BOV is rebuildable, features a polished and anodized piston, and comes with a full warranty. A BOV isn’t just for the sound—it releases excess boost pressure, preventing turbulence that can slow turbo spool and cause premature wear. This improves throttle response, prolongs turbo life, and gives that satisfying “whoosh” sound. A billet plug is included if you want to revert to stock.
The stock X3 has no provisions for a BOV, but this kit solves that. The black silicone tube connects the compressor side of the turbo to the charge side of the intercooler, with a smooth interior to reduce turbulence. For vacuum/boost reference, the kit includes a 2-piece billet port with O-ring that installs into the factory manifold in the perfect location—just after the throttle body and before the cylinder head—for accurate boost gauge readings or aftermarket BOV use. The stainless steel nipple and CNC aluminum hold-down make it strong and durable.
