Introducing the RPM Big Mouth Maverick R 3" Mid Pipe: a stunning titanium system engineered to unlock maximum power from your turbocharged Maverick R.
Designed to perform as good as it looks, this full 3" mid pipe eliminates the factory exhaust restrictions. While the OEM turbo outlet is 3", the stock mid pipe necks down to 2.5" and the exhaust flow is further reduced to 2" at the muffler. RPM solves this bottleneck with a true 3" free-flowing design that allows the turbo to breathe as intended.
By reducing back pressure at the turbine, this mid pipe lowers unnecessary heat buildup and improves exhaust efficiency, making it ideal not only for current performance gains but also for future upgrades—without requiring additional components down the road. The system bolts directly to the factory muffler, any muffler that uses the OEM mounting locations, and every RPM Maverick R muffler.
This seamless fitment is achieved using RPM’s proprietary 3" I.D. graphite ball-end gasket, which utilizes OEM curvature and sealant to directly replace the factory 2.5" mid pipe. For performance-focused users, a second O2 bung is included in a discreet yet easily accessible location, perfect for data logging or secondary sensors. A low-profile cap is provided when the bung is not in use, and it does not interfere with OEM heat shields.
Factory heat shields can be retained, and RPM also offers a Maverick R-specific heat blanket designed to pair perfectly with all RPM Maverick R mid pipes.
