RPM Powersports Can-Am Maverick R Titanium 3" E-Valve Mid Pipe / Electronic Dump Valve
RPM took the popular 3" Maverick R E-Valve mid pipe and made it even better by building it entirely from titanium. The result is the lightest, best-sounding, and highest-performing E-Valve mid pipe available. It’s designed to actually make power, not just noise.
This is a true 3" free-flowing design with a custom RPM exhaust tip that follows the factory body lines. Even though the tip isn’t round, it maintains a full 3" internal size, so there are no airflow restrictions.
With the push of a button, you can switch from a quiet stock sound to the aggressive tone of the Rotax 3-cylinder engine. RPM uses a fully electronic 3" exhaust valve built into the famous Big Mouth design, giving you maximum exhaust flow when open and quiet operation when closed.
The mid pipe stays 3" all the way through the valve and connects to any muffler that fits the stock mid pipe, including the OEM muffler, with no modifications. A custom exhaust gasket is included. The TIG-welded titanium construction reduces exhaust heat, saves weight, and delivers major horsepower gains.

Exhaust flow transitions smoothly through the valve and exits through RPM’s signature tip. Tip options include brushed stainless, blued, or black, plus optional OEM-style colored tips to match your Maverick R.
