Turbo to Intercooler Charge Tube
This upgrade replaces the factory charge tube with a heavy-duty 5-ply, wire-reinforced silicone hose designed for tuned and high-powered Maverick R builds. The reinforced construction prevents the tube from expanding or bursting under high heat and boost, while the smooth interior transitions reduce turbulence and improve airflow efficiency. The result is a stronger, more reliable charge path that supports consistent boost and long-term durability in aggressive riding conditions.
BOV Charge Tube with Blow-Off Valve
This charge tube adds a proper blow-off valve (BOV) location to the Maverick R, which does not have one from the factory. The 5-ply, wire-reinforced silicone tube installs in about 15 minutes and mounts the BOV behind the intercooler for easy access and protection from mud and debris. By releasing excess boost pressure when you lift off the throttle, the BOV improves throttle response, reduces turbo stress, and helps extend turbo life, while the smooth tube design maintains efficient airflow.
Airbox to Turbo Intake Tube
The airbox-to-turbo intake tube is a heavy-duty 5-ply, wire-reinforced silicone hose designed to prevent collapse under high airflow demands. Its smooth, raised interior transitions create a seamless path from the factory airbox to the turbo inlet, improving airflow and reliability. This tube includes a replacement Oetiker clamp to reinstall the factory crankcase breather or an RPM Maverick R catch can, ensuring a clean, secure, and factory-style fit.
BIG FATTY Airbox-to-Bed Intake Tube with Debris Cage & Pre-Filter
The RPM BIG FATTY intake tube is engineered to maximize airflow while retaining the factory airbox and OEM Donaldson filter, which provides superior filtration over aftermarket filters. The enlarged venturi-style intake increases airflow and air speed while being angled to reduce debris intrusion, and the tube is routed away from heat sources to minimize intake air temperatures. Included with the system are a debris cage to block large objects and a hydrophobic pre-filter that repels water, sand, and fine particles, extending filter life and protecting the engine in extreme riding environments.
