RPM Polaris RZR Pro R 3" Dual Sport Muffler W/ 3" Tip
This is a full 3" catless sport exhaust made from 304 stainless steel, featuring dual RPM 3" Sport Mufflers for a balanced, aggressive exhaust tone while remaining lightweight and compatible with the factory rear fascia. It uses a true 3" outlet with an OEM-style stainless 3" tip and mounts using factory hangers and brackets.
The dual muffler setup delivers mid-range loudness within the Pro R lineup—louder than the Chambered Muffler but quieter than the Race Muffler—with an option for a louder single-muffler version. Sound clips and comparisons are available on YouTube.
The exhaust tip was fully redesigned using 3D scans to retain the factory isosceles trapezoid shape while eliminating the stock 2.5" bottleneck, resulting in a true 3" OEM-appearing tip that fits the factory fascia and can be countersunk for a sleeker look.
An OEM-style gasket flange is used instead of cone-style flanges to ensure even sealing pressure, improved gasket life, and optimal performance.
