Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Side by Side Sports, we want you to shop with confidence. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned — and that’s okay. This guide walks you through exactly how to return or cancel your order quickly and correctly.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

Products must include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.

Customer covers return shipping costs.

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (you’ll be notified before anything is finalized).
We cannot accept returns for:

Scratched, damaged, used, or installed items

Products with missing or removed protective film (e.g., windshields or windows)

Clearance, closeout, or custom-built items
-
Transmissions or differentials

How to Return Your Order
Follow these simple steps to make sure your return is processed quickly:
1. Submit a Return Request
Send us an email explaining the reasons for the return
Include the following details:

3+ clear photos of the product, shipping label, and original box

Reason for return

Your vehicle’s year, make, and model
2. Wait for Approval
Our team reviews requests within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by email once approved.
3. Ship Your Item
After approval you can ship the return back using any carrier of your choice

Print and attach the shipping lable securely to your box.

Write your RMA# clearly on the outside of the package.

Drop it off at the carrier listed on your label.
4. Inspection & Refund
Once your return arrives, allow 7–10 business days for inspection.
After inspection:

Refund to original payment method: processed in 3–5 business days

Store credit: added instantly to your account (never expires!)
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges after an order has shipped.
If you need a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one using your store credit.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel an order?

If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.

If it has already shipped, we’ll assist you in returning it once it arrives.
