Polaris Ranger 1500 Fenders that push the fabrication boundary. A one-piece front fender, and two-piece rear keep the mud and debris off your Ranger. Design and attention to detail on our 1500 fenders is on a whole new level of precision.
Full aluminum construction that is both machine, and hand crafted. Our fabricators start with a sheet of aluminum, and laser cut it to perfection. Following the laser is our robotic press-break to form the fenders. Finally, our welders use the art of TIG welding to bring the material and shape together.
On the home stretch we prepare the 1500 fenders for coating by polishing some of the weld seems to a smooth finish. The fenders now have to undergo a strict acid wash and powder coat finish.

Installation is simple and will only take even a novice person 20-30 minutes for all 4 fenders.
