Polaris has a terrible known problem of the wires vibrating or chaffing until they ground out or can no longer pass the signal. Replace that broken wire with our pigtail harness kit. This kit fits the EFI temp sensor on just about every EFI Polaris ATV or UTV. Includes 10″ long pigtail, two zip ties and two butt connectors. Simply cut out the old harness, splice in the new one and plug it into the sensor.
Replaces the Polaris pigtail kit part # 2875543 and 2878496. Fits the Polaris models using temp sensor part number 4010644.
