This small pin that is installed in the ring gear of the Polaris front differential can shear off causing catastrophic damage to the front diff! We developed this heavier duty hardened version to help eliminate this problem. Save yourself hundreds of dollars in potential damage by replacing the pin with our beefy hardened unit. This pin installs in the ring gear and holds the torsion spring and retainer. For use on models using torsion spring part number 3234908 and 3235712.
