KFI Polaris Xpedition Roller Fairlead Conversion Bracket: The KFI Roller Fairlead Conversion Bracket was developed to address a critical issue with the Polaris Xpedition winch system. The factory-installed textured powder-coated aluminum hawse significantly increases wear on synthetic cables and fibers, leading to premature breakage.
Our conversion bracket provides a solution by allowing you to replace the original hawse with a roller fairlead, dramatically reducing friction and extending the life of your synthetic cable. This upgrade is particularly beneficial for plowing applications, as it ensures smoother operation and minimizes wear and tear during angled pulls.
Please note: Installing this bracket will disable the Polaris auto-stop fairlead feature, which will no longer function after the conversion.
