High Lifter’s heavy-duty control arms are built to be stronger than stock, giving your machine more support where it needs it most. On many Polaris Ranger models, the factory lower control arms are weaker than the uppers, making them more prone to damage.
High Lifter solves this by using the same heavy-duty construction for both upper and lower arms. Made from 1.5" DOM steel tubing with thicker walls, these arms offer significantly increased strength and durability to handle tough rides. They also include adjustable bushing collars to help prevent premature wear caused by lift kits or larger tires, with up to 3/8" camber adjustment while still maintaining factory settings.
These control arms are also designed to improve performance and clearance. The lower arms feature multiple bends to add up to 1.75" of extra ground clearance while keeping proper suspension geometry to reduce wear on axles and tie rods. Reinforced ball joint brackets increase strength by over 130%, helping prevent damage from large tires or portal systems.
The design also allows for larger tire fitment - up to 31" in many cases - and includes the option for preinstalled ball joints, professionally pressed in for easier installation and better reliability.

NOTES:
- Control arms with preinstalled APEXX Ball Joints will still need to be adjusted to spec once installed on the machine.
- The APEXX Ball Joints do NOT come preset.
- APEXX Ball Joints should be re-adjusted after every ride to prevent abnormal or premature wear.
