HCR Racing eliminates common weak points by using 4130 heat-treated billet ends and a proprietary alloy that is 30% stronger than traditional 4130 chromoly. The honeycomb boxed arm construction adds durability without excessive weight, while CNC’d chromoly mounting points increase structural integrity where it matters most. With 1.250 inches of added ground clearance and a 1.75-inch longer wheelbase, you gain improved stability at speed, better hill-climbing traction, and more confidence on technical terrain.
Each component is TIG welded by hand and proudly made in the USA. Larger 1.25-inch front tube mounts with Delrin bushings enhance longevity, and the system installs 100% bolt-on using factory mounting points.
