The GGB Trail muffler is made from strong 304 stainless steel and installs easily as a direct bolt-on using factory mounts, with all hardware included.
It delivers a deep, tuned exhaust sound that’s slightly louder than stock at startup, but stays close to stock noise levels at mid and high RPMs. It produces no drone and meets J1287 sound limits (96 dBA). The muffler improves exhaust flow for a small boost in power (1–3 HP) and added torque, and it works with or without a fuel programmer. Its fully welded, packing-free design is built to handle mud and water without affecting performance, making it a zero-maintenance upgrade.
This muffler was specifically designed and tested for your machine to provide the right balance of airflow and back pressure for peak performance using the stock setup. It maintains a deep, consistent tone from idle to full throttle while helping reduce operating temperatures and overall weight compared to the stock system.
