Note:
- These hitch receivers are designed as direct bolt-in replacements for your UTV's radius plate and are laser-cut to extremely tight tolerances. Because they are critical suspension components, the mounting holes are intentionally sized for a precise, interference fit to ensure perfect alignment and maximum strength under load.
- After our durable powder-coating process, a very thin layer of coating can remain inside the holes. This is completely normal and expected. You may need to run a drill bit through the holes or use an impact driver to push the factory bolts through the first time. This slight effort does not indicate a manufacturing defect — it is by design to maintain the tight fit required for safety and performance.
- Once the bolts are seated the first time, the coating inside the holes wears just enough for future removals and reinstalls to be easy.
