This AVID titanium hardware kit is a performance upgrade for the Yamaha YXZ1000 front inner control arm pivots. It replaces the heavy factory steel hardware with precision made, lightweight, corrosion resistant titanium fasteners for improved durability, reduced wear, and long-term reliability in harsh off-road conditions.
Each titanium fastener is CNC-machined from Ti-6Al-4V for consistent quality and proper fitment at every pivot location. This kit reduces weight, improves corrosion resistance, and provides a clean, long-lasting hardware solution for YXZ1000 suspension systems.
For best results always use anti seize on the shank through all pivot locations and blue lock tite on the threads to protect the threads during installation and removal.
