RPM Can-Am Maverick R Auxiliary Fuel Tank Kit - 9 Gallon
RPM’s 4.5-gallon auxiliary fuel tanks for the Maverick R let you ride longer without worrying about fuel, adding the option to run one tank or both for up to 9 extra gallons of capacity.
At the push of a switch, fuel transfers back to the factory tank at over 1.3 gallons per minute using a plug-and-play wiring harness with a momentary switch to prevent accidental pump operation. The system installs with no cutting, welding, or chassis modifications and mounts low under the factory seats to maintain a balanced, stable feel at speed. For safety, the tanks use the factory tip-over check valve and breather system to prevent leaks in a rollover and eliminate overfilling by routing excess fuel back to the auxiliary tanks.
Each tank is built from 6mm thick roto-molded seamless plastic—about three times thicker than stock—and uses stainless steel fittings, offering a durable, safe, and reliable fuel solution for long rides, multi-day trips, and hard driving.
