- Improved Cooling Performance: The innovative vertical flow core design with a tank positioned on top, not inside the plenum, maximizes the core's surface area. This increases coolant capacity and minimizes heat soak, ensuring your engine stays cool under the most demanding conditions.
- Durable, High-Quality Construction: This intercooler features a Tig welded design with a durable cast aluminum lid and stainless steel fasteners. Offset fins on both the water and air sides of the core accelerate heat transfer, keeping your engine at optimal temperatures. Seals around all three sides prevent charge air from bypassing the cooler, a common issue with other aftermarket options.
- Easy Installation: Designed for a drop-in installation, all necessary hardware is included and no modifications are required. The intercooler also features -10 AN ORB ports with included fittings for use with either factory hoses or aftermarket -10 AN lines.
- Convenient and Accessible: A user-friendly air bleed valve simplifies coolant installation, and a 1/8 NPT port is pre-installed for easy coolant temperature data logging.
