RZR Complete Chassis Kit

Thunderhawk Performance has packaged our new Expand-Lock frame reinforcement tube kit and our popular RZR upper & lower chassis braces together into one money-saving kit. These parts bolt-on easily in just 1 - 2 hours and add significant strength and rigidity to the RZR's frame. This kit includes our 6-piece Expand-Lock frame tube kit for the front and rear sub-frames, our upper shock mount brace and our lower chassis brace for the rear of the Polaris RZR. Whether you are trail riding or jumping dunes, this complete chassis reinforcement kit will add the strength and rigidity needed to attack any terrain you encounter with confidence.

Thunderhawk's new Expand-Lock frame reinforcement tube kit is designed to slide inside the thin-wall factory front and rear sub-frame tubes, increasing the tube thickness and strength by over 140%. By installing these frame reinforcement tubes, your RZR sub-frame will resist bending where the factory sub-frame tubes attach to the main frame rails and also resist flex and damage where the control arms are mounted to the factory sub-frame tubes. The Thunderhawk Expand-Lock system makes installation easy, there is no welding or drilling required. Simply tighten the Expand-Lock bolt and the Thunderhawk frame reinforcement tube is secured inside the factory frame tube for a solid, bolt-in installation. Installs easily in minutes. Designed to allow any water that gets inside the frame tube to drain, avoiding rust and freeze damage. Zinc plated to resist rust and corrosion.

Thunderhawk's upper & lower chassis braces bolt-on to add significant strength and stiffness to the rear shock and control arm mounting points. The Thunderhawk upper shock mount brace ties the Polaris RZR rear frame and upper suspension mounting points together. The Thunderhawk rear lower chassis brace ties the Polaris RZR rear frame and rear lower control arm mounting points together. Together, these braces eliminate the chassis flex caused by rear suspension loads.

If you ride hard, the constant chassis flex and the occasional big-hit from an unexpected trail obstacle or from jumping can damage the RZR¿s frame. Many people are also adding lift kits, stiffer springs, aftermarket shocks and long travel kits, but ignoring the need to stiffen and reinforce the chassis. This kit is recommended for anyone who has made these common modifications, or just for people who ride hard (even with a bone-stock RZR). All parts in this kit are bolt-on parts that do not require any welding, drilling or cutting for installation. Thunderhawk's lower chassis brace does not require removal to check or fill rear differential fluid. Installs easily, typically in 1-2 hours.
