Prowler Performance Engine Kit

This kit fits the 06 and 07 Arctic Cat Prowlers

Hunterworks looked for the best companies in the industry for piston design and manufactoring, camshaft design, gasket company and cylinder boring and re-plating. We worked with all the companies to design the best possible kit available. Many designs were installed tested and ran on our dyno and the parts in this kit are awesome!! Cheaper manufacturers are available but not better.

Our Prowler has more miles on our Dyno developing this kit than it does on the road. See the Dyno Graph below.

The kit consist of the following:

• Genuine Arctic Cat Cylinder that has been bored 2mm over and re-plated with Nikasil. (These cylinders are aluminum not cast iron so they have to be re-plated)
  
• 2mm overbore 11:1 compression piston
  
• Custom ground camshaft
  
• Complete Top End Gasket set
  
• Piston Rings Pre-Installed and Gap set
  
• Kit requires HW Carburetor and Clutch Sheave Kit for best performance
  
• There are no install instructions, this kit should be installed by a mechanic
