Mule 4010 & 3010 Lift Kit; 2" Lift

The Thunderhawk Performance KB3333 heavy-duty lift kit is designed fit the 4000-series, 3000-series and the 2500-series Kawasaki Mules. This lift kit raises these vehicles almost 2", increasing ground clearance and allowing tires up to 26" diameter to be installed while retaining acceptable driveline geometry.

Over time, we've received numerous requests from customers looking for a quality, heavy-duty lift kit for the larger 3000-series and newer 4000-series Mules. Many of these customer calls described various problems experienced with other lift kits. The Thunderhawk KB3333 heavy-duty lift kit addresses these issues to create the best lift kit available for the full-size Mules.

The Thunderhawk Performance lift kit uses a front lift block that is manufactured using our exclusive torque-box design with four opposing risers that will not allow the lift block to bend or collapse under load. This design has been thoroughly tested and has been in service for many years in our popular Mule 610 lift kits. Thunderhawk manufactures our front lift blocks from 3/16" steel (not thinner 1/8" steel or plastic like others), and fixture welds all mounting studs to guarantee proper stud location and straightness for ease of installation.

Thunderhawk Performance has designed our rear lift shackles to be the proper length to provide 2" lift and we manufacture these shackles using custom machined studs that are the exact metric size of the factory parts. Many customers that we spoke to who were using other lift kits commented that they had only about 1" rear lift. Although limiting the rear to 1" lift does "level" the Mule's ride height with an empty cargo bed, having only 1" of rear lift causes a "droopy" rear and leads to the likelihood that your rear tires will rub when the cargo bed is loaded.

This lift kit is precision CNC manufactured in the USA and features a durable zinc plated finish to resist rust in the harsh under-chassis environment. This is a complete, bolt-on kit and includes all necessary hardware and illustrated instructions. Typical installation time is 60-90 minutes. Made in USA.
