Shipping Information:
We normally ship orders within 1-4 BUSINESS days from the time the order is placed. If we have the products in our physical location we will always try to ship out the same day, but we sometimes need to get parts from other locations to complete an order. Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Note: If you are choosing 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipping, these shipping rates take effect once the order is shipped (usually within 1-4 business days). If you need the products immediately, please call for availability.

FREE SHIPPING: Items that state free shipping or shipping included - This applies to 48 USA states (Hawaii and Alasaka not included). There will never be free shipping on international orders.

International Orders: Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are *not* included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

U.S. domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: if a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will *not* be refunded.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this: Return the parts within 20 days of invoice. Call For RMA # within 7 Days of receiving defective or wrong item. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and re-sellable, sorry no returns on electrical parts. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Please contact us if an item needs to be returned.

Dealer Program - SideBySideSports.com

Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer for Sidebysidesports.com. We utilize over 250 manufacturers and offer 7000+ products for side by side vehicles. Sidebysidesports.com dealer program works on a tiered level. Entry level dealers begin at 7% discount. Once the dealer has ordered $3500 in merchandise (shipping price not included) the discount goes to 8% and at $7000 will receive a 10% discount. There is no free shipping for dealers and the discount will top out at 10%. All dealer orders must be placed online for tracking on our end. Phone orders will not be counted towards your discounted rate tier and the highest discount we give over the phone will be 5%. There are no discounts on orders for oem microfiche parts or any R/C Cars or R/C Accessories.

Please fill out the dealer application (click here), print and fax back to us at 760-269-3144. We will review your application and email your discount dealer code. All dealers must have a physical store or service shop. No home businesses or ebay only businesses will be accepted.

Such consequences include, among other things, changing the center of gravity, rollover resistance, ride characteristics, performance, and general operation of YOUR vehicle from that intended by the vehicle manufacturer and potentially voiding manufacturer warranties. YOU further acknowledge and agree that the operation of any vehicle is a potentially dangerous activity (which can result in serious injury or death) and that YOU are solely responsible for familiarizing YOURSELF with the ride and handling characteristics of your vehicle upon installing the Products and that SELLER shall not be responsible for the results of installing the Products on YOUR vehicle. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: All products sold to YOU are sold on the condition that, except to the extent SELLER has made any express written warranties, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER.
