HMF Can Am Maverick Turbo Race Pipe Systems

The HMF Race Pipe is a race level exhaust that is louder than typical aftermarket exhausts and is designed for competition style riding. Like the other exhausts for the Can Am Maverick Turbo exhausts comes available in three levels: slip on, 3/4 system and full system.

Slip-On

The slip on exhaust for bolts to the outlet side of the turbine housing on the the turbo charge which allows it to quickly release discharged exhaust gases. It also features a removable resonator to help reduce excessive exhaust tone.

3/4 Exhaust System

The 3/4 Maverick Turbo Exhaust System features the the Slip-On to dump spent exhaust direct from the turbo but also adds the the HMF race up-pipe as well. The up-pipe is designed with a flexible joint specifically for turbo charger applications. Additional support brackets create more stability for the up pipe and take weight of the turbo. Additionally HMF engineered the up pipe to provide more open flow than the factory mid-pipe.

Full System

The HMF Full system for the Turbo Features all new piping for the exhaust system. The OEM piping is designed to handle the kind of heat a pressure the Maverick Turbo is capable and could fail over time. HMF piping uses flexible joints that are designed specifically turbo charges. The Full system features the slip-on, the up-pipe and additionally the forward pipe. The header pipes come with bungs that are ready for the 02 sensors and like the up-pipe additional bracketing is provided to take the pressure off the turbo.
