Mule 610 Bumper Package Front & Rear

What's the first thing that people say when they first look at the Mule 610? For many, it is:"Boy, that thing needs a REAL front bumper!". And when you walk around to the back of a stock Mule, you'll see that the tailgate and bed are left unprotected as well. Thunderhawk Performance has designed our heavy duty front and rear bumpers for the Kawasaki Mule 610 & Mule 600 to provide the protection that you need and to stand up to years of hard off-road use.

Thunderhawk Performance heavy duty bumpers can take a hit! Our one-piece, welded front bumper is designed with an integral lower skid/bash plate that mounts directly to the frame to provide the ultimate in strength and protection. The Thunderhawk front bumper also features a large diameter main tube that utilizes welded, heavy guage steel mounts which bolt directly to the frame for superior strength. 1" diameter lower support tubes strengthen the bumper and deflect sticks and brush from entering the front wheel area.

Our heavy duty, tubular steel rear bumper protects the cargo bed, tailgate and taillights of the Kawasaki Mule 610 and Mule 600. The first time you back into something, you'll be glad that you have this rear bumper. Thunderhawk Performance has designed this rear bumper to retain the full tilt and functionality of the cargo bed.

Thunderhawk bumpers are not built like the cheap Chinese brush guards and bumpers flooding in from overseas for the Mule that rely on flimsy, multi-piece brackets or even U-bolts for mounting. Those Chinese products may look nice in a catalog, but they cannot stand up to the abuse that Thunderhawk Performance has designed our bumpers to withstand.

Thunderhawk Performance front and rear bumpers feature our durable textured black powdercoat finish that matches the color and texture of Kawasaki's black plastic fenders & grille and offers superior rust protection & scratch resistance to stand up to years of heavy off-road use. This is a complete, bolt-on kit that uses existing chassis mounting points and includes all necessary hardware and illustrated instructions. Thunderhawk front and rear bumpers install easily about 40 minutes using common hand tools. Proudly made in the USA!

Thunderhawk also offers a heavy duty winch mounting plate which is designed to work with this bumper (order KM2255 - sold separately). For those people who already have a winch mounted using the Kawasaki-brand winch mount, you can order KM2276 fairlead mount to work with your existing winch and mount. For those people without a winch, Thunderhawk also offers a front receiver hitch and grille/filler panels separately for use with the Thunderhawk front bumper.
